Take I-20 East to Glenwood Avenue and turn left.
Take Glenwood Avenue to Candler Road and turn left.
The Oakhurst Medical Center Clinic is immediately on your right.

Take I-20 East to Salem Road (Exit 84) and turn RIGHT.
Continue RIGHT onto SR-162/Salem Rd SE to Wall Street.
Turn RIGHT onto Wall St SE.
The Oakhurst Medical Center Clinic will be located in the second building, Suite 700 on your right.
