FAQ's


We provide a complete array of primary healthcare medical services to adults and children, including internal medicine, pediatrics, prenatal, obstetrics and gynecology and internal medicine.

Our services also include family planning, nutrition assessment and education, hearing, vision and developmental screenings for children, dental screenings and referral, social services and prenatal case management.


Yes. We provide immunizations and physicals for every level of life newborn through adults.


Call our clinic at 404-298-8998 to make an appointment for obstetrics, pediatric services (for children) or ob-gyn services. We ask that you make an appointment, but walk-ins are welcome.


Yes, some emergencies can be handled at our centers. Please call the medical office first. If the emergency is life-threatening, go to the nearest emergency room. If you need hospital care, OMC physicians are on staff at DeKalb Medical Center, Atlanta Medical Center and Children's Healthcare Network at Egleston.


Oakhurst Medical Center is not a free clinic nor is Oakhurst a federal program. Oakhurst receives federal support which enables us to charge eligible patients on a sliding fee scale (according to income and family size) for our services.


  • Mondays and Thursdays: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Tuesday: 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Wednesday: 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
  • Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
